Visit to SAIC Volkswagen Third Factory
Shanghai Songjiang International Trade Co., Ltd. is pleased to present information about the visit to the SAIC Volkswagen Third Factory. In order to enhance the overall quality of our employees, Songjiang Group organized a visit to the third factory of SAIC Volkswagen for some of our staff to learn and gain insights. Below are some photos taken during the visit.
At around 8:00 AM, we arrived at the entrance of the SAIC Volkswagen Third Factory and waited for entry.
Due to restrictions, photography is not allowed inside the workshop, so I can only share my impressions through words. The vast workshop gave me an overall impression of being busy yet not chaotic, with everything proceeding in an orderly manner. The workers were diligently and responsibly completing each task. To me, it’s not only their work that ensures we can drive safely and confidently on the road, but it is also through this work that they are cultivated. The slogan “Work Educates People” left a deep impression on me.
SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. (referred to as “SAIC Volkswagen”) is a Sino-German joint venture, jointly operated by SAIC Group and Volkswagen Group. The company was founded in October 1984 and is one of the oldest automotive joint ventures in China. Its headquarters is located in Anting, Shanghai, and it has established production bases in cities such as Nanjing, Yizheng, Urumqi, Ningbo, and Changsha.
