If you are using our KQJZ  Type  Air lsolator, please follow our installation instructions for proper installation and usage. This will help improve the service life and performance of the air lsolator.|

Before installation, please confirm that the model and specifications of the air shock absorber are correct, and ensure that the air shock absorber is compatible with the equipment’s requirements. Additionally, check that the air shock absorber is in good condition, free from any damage or defects. If there are any issues, please contact the supplier promptly for resolution to ensure proper usage after installation.

Installation Instructions:

Required Tools:
  • Open-end wrenches with metric sizes 19mm (M12), 24mm (M16), and 30mm (M20)
  • Air pump
  • Pressure gauge
  • Level
  • Claw-type jack
Figure 1: Do not inflate the Air lsolator when it is in an unloaded state.

Figure 2: Use a claw-type jack to lift the equipment and place a temporary wooden support under the equipment.

Figure 3: Place the  air isolator in the installation position.

Figure 3: Place the air shock absorber in the installation position.

Figure 4: Secure the air isolator to the equipment.

Figure 5: Use the inflation tool to inflate the air isolator.

The maximum pressure should not exceed 0.44 MPa (4.4 kg), and the normal height should be between 95mm and 105mm.

Figure 6: Use a level to adjust the equipment to a horizontal position.

Installation Complete

Precautions during Installation:

Operating Temperature Range: -10°C to 60°C, suitable for outdoor installation.

During installation and use, ensure that the valve stem and rubber parts of the air shock absorber are not exposed to external damage.

Maintenance and Inspection Items: Check the height of the air shock absorber monthly to ensure it is at the correct level and determine if inflation is needed to maintain normal height.

Note: Before moving the equipment, press the valve stem to release the air pressure from the air isolator to prevent damage.
